S&P 500 cracks 1,500

The S&P 500 is trading down roughly 14 points and is now trading just below 1,500.  Should the index close below 1,500, technically speaking, this will be very negative.  With the sequester cut pending, investors will likely get very uncomfortable with the combination of technical weakness and governmental deadlock.
